Principal Engineer - Yang Hu
Mr. Hu offers over 20 years of experience in civil engineering and structural design, including grading, water and sewer facilities, hydrology, hydraulic, storm drain facilities, detention facilities, retaining wall, shoring and temporary structural frames, and roadways. As a licensed civil engineer, Yang provides technical design support for various land developments, structural design and public work infrastructure projects from initial conceptual design phase through a complete engineering and construction. He works closely with project design team /owner / owner’s representative to determine project specifications by studying client requirements, and municipal code standards, completing technical studies, and preparing cost estimates.
Mr. Hu previously spent three years working as with a Design-built team specialized in worldwide federal projects from design phase to construction phase. Mr. Hu is experienced in ADA compliance, structural designs, stormwater quality and hydrology and hydraulics.

Principal Planner - Kevin Kohan
Mr. Kohan have many years of professional urban planning experience in city planning, zoning, and land use entitlements areas.
He has focused its activities in the California marketplace and employs various technical expert consultants in order to avoid inefficient corporate hierarchy, and provide maximum value to its clients. He is involved in professional endeavors that place the team in the forefront of major professional planning associations, such as the American Planning Association and the American Institute of Certified Planners. These activities have provided Mr. Kohan with the knowledge of and professional relationships to planning and
governmental professionals throughout the state. Mr. Kohan also been privileged to work for a variety of public agencies with CEQA authority. This has given us a unique perspective on CEQA. He believes that a CEQA consultant must first understand and be able to communicate the roles and responsibilities of the Lead Agency, the reviewing agencies, and the public. Our technical expertise also enables us the ability to design and implement mitigation programs that are practical and results-oriented. He leads the staff team to works side-by-side with federal, state, and local environmental agency staff in every region of California, so we understand how to make
